Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are available as you proceed through checkout.
Shipping Time-frames:
Shipping within the United States:
Priority Mail is supposed to take 2-3 days for delivery, but can take longer. We ship the majority of our products via Priority Mail. Delivery confirmation is included.
First Class Mail is supposed to take 2-5 days for delivery, but can take longer. We ship our products via First Class Mail if they weigh less than 13 oz. Delivery confirmation is included.
Express Mail is available at an extra charge. Please contact us if you need express shipping.
UPS Ground is supposed to take 3-5 days for delivery, but can take longer. We ship the majority of our heavier products via UPS Ground. Delivery confirmation and tracking is included.
Shipping to All Other Countries:
We are glad to ship internationally. Please contact us for shipping outside of the United States. Once we determine your shipping, we will send you an invoice via PayPal which you can pay using a credit card or echeck. Thank you!
Below are estimates of delivery times provided by the US Post Office. Actual delivery may vary due to postal and/or customs delays.
Priority International takes 6-10 business days to arrive.
Your country may charge tax or duty upon delivery of your package. Payment of these fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot falsify customs forms.
Returns:
Items may be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt as long as they are in new, unused condition and are in original packaging. Items returned that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for refund or exchange. We will confirm that the product is the product we sent to you before a refund or exchange is given.
There will be a 5% fee charged for any returned or canceled order (unless the return/cancellation is due to a product defect or is our fault) for processing the return. If you have any questions on our return policy please let us know.
Shipping/handling/insurance charges are not refundable.
Please e-mail us to let us know about any problem prior to return.
For exchanges, include a check (made payable to K & E Sports) or carefully concealed cash equal to the amount of your original shipping to pay for the return shipping back to you.
