When will my package ship?

If you pay via Visa/Mastercard or PayPal, your package will be mailed by the end of the next business day. If you pay by cashier's check or money order, we will ship your package the next business day after we receive your payment.  Typically we ship on the same day that we receive payment.  On rare occasions, it may take longer to ship your package.  You will be notified as soon as possible if this is the situation.  Please note:  if you choose to pay on PayPal via Echeck,  we cannot ship your order until your payment is cleared by PayPal.  This typically takes 3-5 days.

Can I track my package?

Almost all of our domestic packages are shipped with a delivery confirmation number and you should receive an email advising you of that number. You may be able to access information regarding your package by visiting www.usps.com  and entering the number in the "Track and Confirm" box. This is not a tracking number and often the package is not scanned until it arrives at its destination.  However, you can rest assured that we mail packages by the end of the next business day after receipt of payment.

If your package was shipped via UPS, you may be able to access information regarding your package by visiting www.ups.com and entering the number in the "Tracking" box. 

Packages shipped  to countries outside the U.S. may be able to be tracked. 

When will my package arrive?

Please note: Delivery within the U.S. by a particular date cannot be guaranteed unless shipped by Express Mail. Express Mail is the only shipping service for which the USPS guarantees delivery to U.S. locations by the second day after shipment. The cost is dependent upon the weight of the package. Due to postal and customs delays, we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date to countries outside the U.S.

USPS published delivery times for shipments within the U.S. are:

  • Priority Mail: 2-3 days
  • First Class Mail, Parcel Post, Media Mail: 2-9 days

However, these are only estimates. Parcel Post and Media Mail can take 2-3 weeks to arrive.

What if my package does not arrive, my item is damaged or there is some other problem?

Please contact us regarding any problems by clicking "Contact" on the tool bar above or by sending us an email We always work with our customers to find a mutually agreeable resolution to any issue. Each situation is handled on an individual basis. In general, if your item is lost or damaged in transit and your package is insured, we will file a claim and compensate you for the loss. Claims for lost packages cannot be filed until 30 days after shipment.

Yes, usually you can.  Please contact us and let us know what you are interested in.  We will do our best to get you the equipment you want at an excellent price.
